Reaching Beyond the Clouds

I have been working on the write-up of the Mt. Everest experince. However, I will be speaking at the Vasculitis Foundation’s Symposium at the end of July and I must work on the presentation.

One of our team (Jona-Marie) sent me a photo from the trek into base camp. It shows the Everest summiters and Jona-Marie summited Loboche.

Another news story was just released and I have had so many media and speaking contacts I cannot keep up with the replies. To make it more confusing, I am away at a conference for three days! This is all good because it brings the media attention; thus, public awareness to the rare disease organizations!!!!!!

I just found two posts that were never posted to the blog. They are both from our actual summit climb. My guess as to why they did not post is because there was a problem with the satellite transmission.
