After the CSUF article and the ABC News story were released I have received many wonderful comments both from people I know, past students, and new friends. Thank you so much! And please remember to follow the climb starting in April. I will be able to post from Mt. Everest base camp.

Hello Prof. Abbott,
I finally made it to your website and I am truly touched and inspired by your courage and sense of adventure. I absolutely adore you and LT and it was such an honor to have him as a teacher and to go diving with him and yourself. You are what I had always hoped to be when I grew up; an explorer and adventurer who scales the world and lives life to its fullest. I wish you luck on this grand endeavor and will most definitely be following along. Happy Christmas!
